  • Change the premium payment method from cheque to GIRO and Credit Card within the period between 7 October to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive); and
  • at least 2 successful deductions following the change in payment method; and
  • the applicable premium mode of payment must be on a monthly frequency.
