The Spaciousness Series | The Art of Letting Go
Recognising outdated, self-limiting beliefs to reveal life's silver linings
Stress and tension are not only stored in the body but can also be held within the stories, beliefs, and patterns we carry. This restorative yoga practice offers a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and release what no longer serves us.
Guided by our Wellbeing Ambassador, Gabrielle Mendoza, participants will be led through breathwork, meditation, guided relaxation, and fully supported restorative postures designed to help the nervous system shift into its natural state of rest, digestion, and restoration. As the body unwinds and the mind becomes quieter, we create space to observe our inner landscape with greater awareness and compassion.
In this session, participants will explore the art of letting go by recognising outdated, self-limiting beliefs and habitual thought patterns that may be keeping them stuck. With a deeper understanding of the mind-body relationship and the spaciousness created through restorative practice, we begin to soften our attachment to old narratives and make room for new perspectives. As layers of tension and resistance fall away, we create the possibility to see life's silver linings more clearly and reconnect with our innate capacity for growth, resilience, and wellbeing.
