What do I prepare for A Farewell to Our Former Selves @ Every Body Club Launch?
A Symbolic Object
Bring along a physical object that represents the version of yourself that you’re ready to let go of.
Examples:
- An oversized t-shirt that represents your inertia to start gymming
- A cracked mirror that represents your past self-doubts and negative self-talk
- A pair of wooden chopsticks that represents your past habits of prioritising convenience over nourishment
Guidelines:
- No perishables (any kind of open or unopened food and drinks)
- Objects should be no bigger than 25 cm x 25 cm x 25 cm
